Bombay Brasserie takes you back in time to the splendors of the Mughal courts. This traditional Indian restaurant lays out an authentic spread fit for royalty. Live entertainment adds the right touch to make an evening both memorable and immensely pleasurable. This fine restaurant is situated at the lobby level and is a perfect setting for a truly Indian experience. The Bombay Brasserie is open every night from 7 p.m. till midnight

The Explorer is a favorite with most guests. Here you will find everything from a choice of pasta to rice and curry, to steaks, sandwiches, pastries, mini meals and sumptuous desserts.
