The Abu Dhabi National Hotels was established more than 20 years ago as a shareholding company with three hotels purchased from the Government. Later an industrial catering division was set up to broaden the Company's activities.

Al Ghazal Transport Co., a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi National Hotels, has extensive experience in the filed of transportation providing long-term and day-to-day transportation requirements, at very competitive rates. Al Ghazal Transport has been established by the Executive Council in 1986. Through the years, the company has undertaken major expansion programs to further meet customer demands. From the main taxi service, it has established the Stretched Limousines, Rental & Leasing and Bus Division.

Taxi Service
Our luxurious (Mercedes, Volvo & Audi) and latest model taxis are available on a 24-hour basis. The good conditions are assured under the regular supervision of our quality controllers. Stretched Limousines
Our top class Stretched Limousine service is the first of its kind in Abu Dhabi. It serves VIP Guests, Corporate Executives, Diplomats and Government Officials. However, it is also available to mark all of your special occasions.

Bus Service
At present, we have more than 126 buses in our fleet which are manned by well educated and trained drivers, available in 14, 28 and 34-seating capacities, fully air-conditioned with curtains and well-maintained. The latest achievement by Al Ghazal in the new millennium was the new shuttle service between Abu Dhabi - Al Ain & Dubai.

Rent-A-Car Division
Al Ghazal has set up the Rental & Leasing Division (Al Ghazal Rent-A-Car Co.) which provides short and long terms leasing for all types of vehicles, such as Mercedes Benz E-Class, BMW, Nissan Patrol, Maxima & Sunny, Toyota Camry, Tercel and Corolla and Honda Civic. We offer free delivery and collection of cars within Abu Dhabi City.

Sun Shine Tours
For decades, the Arabian Gulf has been a place of exotic mystery for outsiders who knew little of the latter-day transformation of the desert sheikdoms in to the holiday destination of the future.

It was a visionary move by Abu Dhabi National Hotels to set up a tourism division - Sunshine Tours - in 1986, when only a trickle of mainly Swiss and German tourists had ventured into the Gulf sands and waters.

Since that time, the company has fine-tuned the Emirate's attractions to provide a range of activities to suit all interests from sand skiing in the Liwa dunes to 4WD desert safaris; visits to Bedouin villages; mountain drives; camping under the stars or sailing amid the placid waters of the Gulf for a spot of fishing, snorkeling or just drifting away to a desert island for lunch.
